Detailed information that covers the ordering process for custom test equipment software or our offline/lifetime licensed versions of our PayPerCal platform.

1. Software Request

Fill out our online software request form or simply email us at service@dominitechnologies.com. Send the details of your requirements such as the unit under test, standards, procedure or test methods to be used and/or any special functions you would like the program to perform.

2. Project Details for Custom Software

If you are needing a custom program and not one of our ready-made programs, a developer will reach out to you either by phone or email to discuss details such as the design, the scope, the equipment, delivery and budgetary requirements of the program. Once the details are agreed upon by both the client and developer, a quote will be produced with the scope of the project.

3. Quotation

If you are in the market for one of our offline (lifetime license) versions of our PayPerCal platform, we have base pricing for all our programs if no alterations are needed. Otherwise, all of our programs can be customized and pricing will be mostly dependent on factors such as estimated development time and equipment rental (if required).

4. Purchasing

Once we have received approval for the quote via a Purchase Order, we will deliver the program if it’s ready-made or start development according to the terms outlined in the project details and/or quotation. Once the program has been delivered, you will be invoiced shortly afterwards.

5. Post Delivery Support

If you find any discrepancies or errors with the program, we will debug and update the program at no cost to you as long as it’s covered in the scope of the project details. Otherwise in the near future, if you would like the program to support additional equipment or perform special tests, we will be happy to provide another quote to upgrade the program.
